This mock meet is designed to simulate a summer rec league meet and will serve as valuable practice for the championship meet on August 3rd. It will be run just like a regular meet, but with our coaches paying special attention to potential disqualifications (DQs). In the event of a DQ, our coaches will explain the reason to the swimmers to help them understand and improve.

The purpose of this intersquad meet is to familiarize the kids with the typical meet format and expectations, ensuring they are well-prepared for the championship meet.
