Dear Swim Team Families,

We’re thrilled to announce our Mid-Season Championship Swim Meet, taking place on Saturday, December 14th! This is a fantastic opportunity for our swimmers to experience a championship-style meet and set short-term goals as they continue to improve.

WHERE:

McGrath Family Y

12006 Campo Rd, Spring Valley, CA 91978

WHEN:

• Warmups begin at 7:15 AM

• Competition starts at 9:00 AM

• There will be two sessions with a 30-minute break between them

WHY PARTICIPATE?

This mid-season meet is designed to challenge our swimmers, break up the training schedule between major championships, and help them build confidence while competing in a fun and supportive environment.

REGISTRATION FEE:

$30 per swimmer. This fee reflects championship meet pricing as more events will be offered.

• Awards: Medals for 1st-3rd place and ribbons for 4th-6th place.

HOW TO REGISTER:

Registration is openat any YMCA branch. You can register:

• In person at your local YMCA

• By phone at your branch

The registration fee is due by Friday, December 6th. Please note that space is limited to 200 swimmers, so register early to secure your spot.

WHICH EVENTS WILL MY SWIMMER COMPETE IN?

Swimmers may compete in up to 5 individual events and 2 relays. Please refer to the attached meet sheet for a list of events offered.
